Stopped in this past Sunday April 3rd. Newer brewery in the Coral Gables/ Miami Florida area. We were visiting from the Naples Florida area so it was about a 1 hour and 30 minute scenic ride through the Florida Everglades to our destination. Note: Be patient when trying to find the location as the brewery is located amidst a a myriad of one way streets! Once we arrived around 1pm there were just a few people there. We both commented that we thought the brewery had a really cool vibe. Service was good and they had a nice selection of APAs and IPAs.
My better half tried the seltzers first a lime seltzer and then the Biga Poolish a pineapple, passion fruit and coconut seltzer. She was quite impressed with both, enough so she bought a 4 pack of the Biga Poolish home as well! I had the Pursuance IPA, with a fruity nose and dry finish, quite good. Also tasted several other hazy’s, all quite good. If you are in the Miami area definitely check this brewery out. A reminder, these are just our thoughts and opinions.
